Anger is the most common emotion. It is also the strongest emotion in human beings. Feeling angry is quite normal but if you do not know how to deal with it anger could kill you.

Buy why does one get angry? It's obvious that certain situations upset most of us and if they get out of hand we get angry. Anger is actually a similar emotion to happiness or sadness. It's healthy to feel angry. Anger will not go away, so do not ignore it. If you "collect anger" it can become dangerous, so be angry at times. However, always be tactful when dealing with anger.

There are manyt ways to manage anger properly and there are many ways to deal with anger.

Be aware that you feel angry - You have to acknowledge that you are angry and that it is not abnormal to be angry. We all deal with stressful lifestyles and it is all right to be angry in certain situations. You need not feel bad or guilty or ashamed about feeling angry. Just know that you are a normal human being. Hence you are feeling one of the normal emotions.

Calm Down - When you feel angry, notice that and try to calm down. There are many ways to do this and some of them include: Taking a walk outside, listen to music, take a bath, shower or take deep breaths. Engage in hobbies such as painting, drawing, bowling, singing, meditation or whatever you can to calm down your nerves. Also make it a habit to calm down and relax. Don't procrastinate with it!

Communicate - When you are able to calm down and you feel more comfortable in expressing your feelings, try to talk to someone or with the person you are angry with. Be positive about your feelings. Don't point fingers. Express openly why you were angry. Let the other person explain as well. Discuss reasons and consequences. After this, move on and you'll notice you have a better understanding of each other.

1: Recognize your triggers and limits - When you notice anger arising, you are now aware of these simple tips. This means you can prepare yourself and face anger and deal with problems effectively.

2: Identify substances that can increase anger - The substances in modern world that increase emotions such as anger and depression include things such as drugs, alcohol, narcotics, caffeine and more, so for your own good, stay away from these substances.

3: Practice meditation on a daily basis - You would learn to be calm regardless of being angry or not. You would become a calm person by nature if you practice calming techniques everyday. When situations arise, you would be able to deal with them more effectively than getting annoyed or angered.

Just a few more words The issue will almost always remain if you focus on the person, because people rarely change, unless they put energy on it, thus, solving the issue with a mature solution is the way to go. Be more emotionally mature and this will become easy.
