Have you ever heard of a lingerie corset? It is a kind of corset generally used for eroticism. It is an intimate lingerie that can be used to seduce. It is often paired with stockings or a pantyhose. A lingerie corset is often worn to attract men.

While the term lingerie means a woman's underwear in French, a lingerie corset is often used by Western women.

Corsets now connote different meanings. It wasn't always like that. In the 1830s, a corset was not meant to be used as a night-time clothing or a decorative and attractive undergarment for women. Instead, it performed a medical function. Interestingly, in the 18th century, people believed that women were so physically weak, that to keep them working for a long time, they needed corsets to hold them up.

There are many men who consider lingerie corsets a turn on. How does this happen? Well, the corset is designed to attract the wearer's partner by accentuating the wearer's fuller breasts and small waistline. Unlike other types of underwear, it is meant to be shown off.

A corset bustier also considered to be a lingerie corset. It is a brasserie with underwire that maximizes the breasts and extends until the waistline. Like a lingerie corset, it is made of soft fabric and is meant to make the wearer comfortable.

Most lingerie corsets have a lace-up fronts, but others may also have hook and eye fasteners, zippers, snap closures, or long rows of hooks and eyes. For an even sexier look, the opening is at the front rather than the back. The undergarment may be made of lace, satin, silk, leather, or any smooth and soft fabric that is comfortable enough for a person to wear. Its basic function is to emphasize and change a woman's curves.
