Liposuction can be a great tool for those who have relatively healthy bodies but have a few trouble areas. It was never meant to be a weight-loss solution for anyone, obese or not. Diet and exercise are the only sure ways to lose weight for good and become healthier. Liposuction will simply enhance the look of already-established beneficial habits.
