The Taste of Chicago
Everyone loves a good local festival, no matter where it is at and what the theme is. Festivals are just plain fun. Everyone also loves a good meal, particularly when it is of a type of food that he or she has never had the joy of tasting before. If you mix the two of these great vacation aspects, what you end up with is the renowned Taste of Chicago Festival held every year in luxurious Grand Park in Chicago Illinois. This festival of food has become a grand tradition in Chicago, beloved both by the citizens and to those who were fortunate enough to have scheduled their vacation at just the right time of year to attend.
The Majestic Lake Michigan
Outdoor vacations are very popular, as people simply love a nice outdoor scene. There's nothing like that sense of peace, of inner spirit, that one gets when staring out over a lovely blue bay of water or a sunrise as the glowing hot orb slowly rises above the horizons. Outdoor vacations are truly a thrill, but one has to give up on a few amenities when seeking the outdoors. The city provides things that the great outdoors do not, such as fine restaurants and five star hotels. Fortunately, you can have both in Chicago Illinois.
Living it up in Orlando
One would expect the world's most popular vacation spots to have at least a fairly decent level of after-hours entertainment. Florida has never let its' visitors down in that aspect, as all of the more popular urban beach front areas tend to have a massive variety of pubs, clubs and nightlife in general. None, however, match the level of expertise in this category as that of the lovely scenic city of Orlando. Regardless if your favorite party time activity is dancing, eating, or just kicking back and watching the game, you can find it in elegance there. Perhaps this is due to the unusually high amount of celebrity traffic that this area has. Regardless, it is an after-hours adventure in fun that everyone visiting Orlando should take advantage of.
